We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Shop Pay. • Order Processing: Our processing time for all orders except Ready To Ship Wigs are 14 - 21 business days. Ready To Ship Wig orders are fulfilled within two business days. For all orders to be processed the Credit Card Authorization form located at the footer of the home page must be completed. This form is utilized as a formal document consenting for authorization from you the customer to Pure Opulence Tresses from any fraud related purchases. We will record this document and send you a copy at your discretion. If this form is not completed in it’s entirety your order will be cancelled and refunded. • Pricing: All prices are listed in United States currency and are subject to change without notice. Shipping and Delivery • Shipping Methods: Once an order has been received by UPS with an acceptance scan we are not liable for lost, stolen, and missing packages. If you miss the delivery, please contact the carrier to reschedule the delivery or pick up the item at your earliest convenience. A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. A shipping fee is applied to each order upon checkout. We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping for all orders. Your order is shipped based upon the option you select upon checkout after the appropriate processing timeframe.
