Do you have a Custom Wig in your collection you've purchased from us which needs some tender love and care? Wig Maintenance is perfect for you to bring your Wig back the same way it looked when you originally took it out your packaging. The use of hairsprays and oils will weigh down your Wig. All of those products need to be cleansed from your Wig to ensure it can keep styles such as straightening, curls, crimps, wand curls, etc. Our Wig Maintenance includes a shampoo, deep condition treatment, and styling of your choice. We recommend this service biweekly or monthly depending upon how frequently you wear your Wig.
*Once purchased you will have to pay for shipping the Wig to us.
The Process Utilizing Wig Maintenance
1). Ensure all your selections are accurate and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed there will be no changes.
2). Ship your hair to us.

3). Once your hair is received your Wig Maintenance will begin processing. Please understand the processing time is 14 to 21 business days excluding holidays and weekends.
4). When your Wig Maintenance is completed, it will be shipped via UPS and you will receive a tracking number via email.
*The cost of return shipping is calculated at checkout which includes insurance valued at $500.00 and required adult signature delivery.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for Custom Wigs, Ready To Ship Wigs, Signature Wigs, Raw Hair Extensions, Lace Closures, and all other products. Our shipping processing time is 14 to 21 business days. Ready To Ship Wig orders are fulfilled two business days after your payment has processed. For all orders to be processed the Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed in it's entirety. Please read our entire Shipping Policy located at the footer of the homepage in the information section.
