Regular maintenance helps preserve the integrity of the hair, prevents shedding and tangling, and restores softness, shine, and bounce. With our deep knowledge of our custom craftsmanship and use of salon-grade products, we are uniquely equipped to rejuvenate your wig to its original opulent state. If you’ve worn your unit consistently for two to three weeks—or approximately 21 days—it’s time for maintenance. 

*Once purchased you will have to pay for shipping the Wig to us.

 

The Process Utilizing Wig Maintenance

 

1). Ensure all your selections are accurate and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed there will be no changes.

 

2). Ship your hair to us.

3). Once your hair is received your Wig Maintenance will begin processing. Please understand the processing time is 14 to 21 business days excluding holidays and weekends.

 

4). When your Wig Maintenance is completed, it will be shipped via UPS and you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

*The cost of return shipping is calculated at checkout which includes insurance valued at $500.00 and required adult signature delivery.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for Custom Wigs, Ready To Ship Wigs, Signature Wigs, Raw Hair Extensions, Lace Closures, and all other products. Our shipping processing time is 14 to 21 business days. Ready To Ship Wig orders are fulfilled two business days after your payment has processed. For all orders to be processed the Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed in it's entirety.
