REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS

Due to the nature of the services we provide ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are not responsible for incorrect fitting due to improper measurements, alterations done by you or a hairstylist, dying or bleaching the Custom Wigs, Signature Wigs, Ready To Ship Wigs, Hair Extensions, Closures, and any additional items purchased by you from us resulting in tangling, matting, and any form of other damage to the lace, wig, or hair overall quality.

 For all Pure Opulence Tresses Custom Wigs, Signature Wigs, Ready To Ship Wigs, Wig Maintenance, Lace Replacement, Hair Extensions, Closures, and additional products there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges. You understand that by purchasing those items all sales transactions are final. PROCESSING TIMEFRAME

The processing time for all orders with the exception of Custom Wigs, Signature Wigs, Ready To Ship Wigs, Wig Maintenance, Lace Replacement, Hair Extensions, and Lace Closures are 7 to 14 business days and shipping time an additional 4 to 6 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

 Pure Opulence Tresses Custom Wigs, Signature Wigs, Wig Maintenance, Lace Replacement, Hair Extensions, and Lace Closures standard orders are fulfilled within 14 to 21 business days. Please allow an additional 4 to 6 business days excluding weekends and holidays for your Wig to be received.

 Pure Opulence Tresses Ready To Ship Wigs ships two business days after your payment is processed excluding weekends and holidays. If you are paying via a buy now pay later your order is shipped after the hold authorization is processed and funds are released. Please allow an additional 4 to 6 business days excluding weekends and holidays for your Wig to be received.

FRAUD PREVENTION 

To prevent fraudulent activity, it is required that all purchases are accompanied with our Credit Card Authorization Form which is at the footer of our website in the Customer Service section.  This protects you from a fraud transaction and protects our business.  Your billing address and shipping address must match. If your order is placed and the shipping address does not match the billing address your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address. We are not liable for packages sent to the wrong address when the address information you entered is incorrect.

TRACKING

Once an order has been received by UPS with an acceptance scan we are not liable for lost, stolen, and missing packages. Please contact the UPS carrier at 1-(800)-742-5877 about your shipment. A signature is required for all deliveries. If you miss the delivery, please contact the carrier to reschedule the delivery or pick up the item at your earliest convenience.

​A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. A shipping fee is applied to each order upon checkout below the $600.00 minimum for free shipping.  We offer Standard Shipping. Your order is shipped based upon the option you select upon checkout after the appropriate processing timeframe. Proceeding checkout, you have read our policy and procedures which comply for all Pure Opulence Tresses products.

REFUSED AND ABANDONED SHIPMENTS

No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. We are not responsible for any shipments once UPS puts their acceptance scan on them including stolen shipments. 

POLICY CHANGES

Pure Opulence Tresses reserves the right to change or modify our policy at any time without giving prior notification.
