To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we've outlined our key policies regarding refunds, exchanges, cancellations, returns, order processing, shipping, tracking, fraud prevention, refused and abandoned shipments, and policy changes below. REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final. Pure Opulence Tresses is not responsible for issues related to improper fit resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the client, nor for any alterations, coloring, bleaching, or customizations performed by the client or a third party. This includes, but is not limited to, damage such as tangling, matting, or compromised lace and Hair Extensions quality on Custom Wigs, Signature Wigs, Ready-To-Ship Wigs, Hair Extensions, Lace Closures, or any additional items purchased.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for Custom Wigs, Signature Wigs, Ready-To-Ship Wigs, Wig Maintenance Services, Lace Replacements, Hair Extensions, Lace Closures, or any other Pure Opulence Tresses products. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

At Pure Opulence Tresses, we take pride in providing premium, made to order products.  If you choose to cancel your order, refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. All approved cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your original payment method. Please note, refunds will not be granted after 24 hours of placing your order. Once processed, refunds typically post within 2 to 5 business days, though timing may vary based on your financial institution.

GENERAL ORDERS

For all products excluding Custom Wigs, Signature Wigs, Ready-To-Ship Wigs, Wig Maintenance, Lace Replacement, Hair Extensions, and Lace Closures, the standard processing time is 7 to 14 business days. Once processed, please allow an additional 4 to 6 business days for shipping. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing or shipping times.

 CUSTOM ORDERS & SPECIALTY SERVICES

Orders for Custom Wigs, Signature Wigs, Wig Maintenance, Lace Replacement, Hair Extensions, and Lace Closures are fulfilled within 14 to 21 business days. Please allow an additional 4 to 6 business days for shipping excluding weekends and holidays.

READY-TO-SHIP WIGS

Ready-To-Ship Wigs are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation, not including weekends and holidays. For orders placed via Shop Pay, shipping will begin once payment authorization is completed, and funds have been released. Delivery typically occurs within 4 to 6 business days following shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.

FRAUD PREVENTION 

To prevent fraudulent activity, it is required that all purchases are accompanied with our Credit Card Authorization Form which is at the footer of our website in the Customer Service section.  This protects you from a fraud transaction and protects our business.  Your billing address and shipping address must match. If your order is placed and the shipping address does not match the billing address your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address. We are not liable for packages sent to the wrong address when the address information you entered is incorrect.

TRACKING

Once an order has been received by UPS with an acceptance scan we are not liable for lost, stolen, and missing packages. Please contact the UPS carrier at 1-(800)-742-5877 about your shipment. A signature is required for all deliveries. If you miss the delivery, please contact the carrier to reschedule the delivery or pick up the item at your earliest convenience.

A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. A shipping fee is applied to each order upon checkout below the $600.00 minimum for free shipping.  We offer Standard Shipping. Your order is shipped based upon the option you select upon checkout after the appropriate processing timeframe. Proceeding checkout, you have read our policy and procedures which comply for all Pure Opulence Tresses products.

REFUSED AND ABANDONED SHIPMENTS

No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. We are not responsible for any shipments once UPS puts their acceptance scan on them including stolen shipments. 

POLICY CHANGES

Pure Opulence Tresses reserves the right to change or modify our policy at any time without giving prior notification.
