Custom Orders & Specialty Services: Orders for Custom Wigs, Signature Wigs, Lace Replacement, Hair Extensions, and Lace Closures are fulfilled within 14 to 21 business days. Ready-To-Ship orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation. For all orders placed via Shop Pay, shipping will begin once payment authorization is completed, and funds have been released. For all orders once processed, please allow an additional 4 to 6 business days for shipping. To begin processing all orders the Credit Card Authorization form located at the footer of the home page must be completed.
