We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Shop Pay. • Order Processing: General Orders: For all products excluding Custom Wigs, Signature Wigs, Wigs Maintenance, Lace Replacement, Hair Extensions, and Lace Closures the standard processing time is 7 to 14 business days. Custom Orders & Specialty Services: Orders for Custom Wigs, Signature Wigs, Lace Replacement, Hair Extensions, and Lace Closures are fulfilled within 14 to 21 business days. Ready-To-Ship orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation. For all orders placed via Shop Pay, shipping will begin once payment authorization is completed, and funds have been released. For all orders once processed, please allow an additional 4 to 6 business days for shipping. To begin processing all orders the Credit Card Authorization form located at the footer of the home page must be completed. This form is utilized as a formal document consenting for authorization from you the customer to Pure Opulence Tresses from any fraud related purchases. We will record this document and send you a copy at your discretion. If this form is not completed in it’s entirety your order will be cancelled and refunded. • Pricing: All prices are listed in United States currency and are subject to change without notice.
